At the American Legation Library, quenching my thirst for knowledge. This weekend I took out "Let Us Now Praise Famous Men" by James Agee and photographs by Walker Evans about three farming families during the depression in Alabama. Unhesitantly, unabashedly honest, I'm in love with the tone of it, and that with the idea that it was all written at night.
